Mah Lokchim LaYareach?
In this whimsical picture book, a young boy enjoys an afternoon of creative play, imagining the many supplies he’d need for a trip to the moon: water for washing negel vasser, coins for tzedaka, friends to share with, parents to honor…
As he packs and prepares, our hero realizes how hard it would be to do mitzvos in a place that has nothing but what he can bring along, The simplicity of the rhyming text and charming illustrations present a very profound truth — that there already is a perfect place for doing all the mitzvos of Hashem.
“If I Went to the Moon” will inspire boys and girls to do mitzvos with joy and appreciation, right here on Earth!
