About the Author:
Dov (Bernardo) Coiffman, originally from Bogotá, Colombia, is a devoted Torah learner who maintains a rigorous daily schedule of study with multiple chavrusas. He is deeply involved in the Miami Beach Jewish community, serving as president of the Miami Beach Eruv and having played a key role in the rebuilding of the Miami Beach Kollel after a major fire. He also contributed to the new building efforts at Talmudic University. Professionally, he is a licensed professional engineer and president of American Engineering Design, Inc., a Miami Beach-based firm specializing in structural engineering, concrete restoration, and residential design. He brings extensive expertise in threshold inspections and building code compliance and holds a US patent for an engineering innovation.
