Opening the Mind and Heart to the Three Weeks and Tishah B'Av
From Ruins to Redemption opens the mind and heart to the Three Weeks and Tisha BeAv, helping readers connect meaningfully with one of the most challenging periods in the Jewish calendar.
Drawing on a wide range of classical sources, Rabbi Immanuel Bernstein guides readers through the themes of the Churban, exile, and redemption with both scholarship and sensitivity. Addressing the question of how to genuinely relate to the loss of the Beis Hamikdash, he provides insight, perspective, and practical direction for engaging with this unique time of year.
Thoughtful and inspiring, this sefer helps transform the Three Weeks from a period of obligation into an opportunity for growth, connection, and anticipation of the future redemption.
