Kinas Min Hameitzar Hebrew Only
The Hebrew title Min HaMeitzar was written 50 years ago by Rabbi Michael Dov Weissmandl zt"l of the Nitra Yeshiva. It exposed one of the most incredible Holocaust rescue efforts, and in it, Rabbi Weissmandl documented and accused various organizations of missing a unique opportunity to reduce the magnitude of the Holocaust. At the end of that book, the publishers included a Kinah composed by Rabbi Weissmandl a few years earlier. Through the years, many have read this kinah on Tisha B'Av, but due to the special language used by the author, it is difficult to understand. This work, (written by the son of Dr. Abraham Fuchs, author of the work on Rav Weismandl entitled "The Unheeded Cry", Mesorah Publications) is an explanation of that Kinah. In it the author explains the meaning of the kinah, making it understandable to all. (in Hebrew)
