Shpittsburgh is electing a new mayor and the fate of the city hangs in the balance. A freshly-revived Uncle Evil (David Dietz) is running for mayor of Shpittsburgh against the beloved incumbent, Mayor Bupkis, and is rapidly gaining in the polls!
