What is the Blessing said when one puts up a Mezuzah?

Before affixing the mezuzah to the doorpost, the following blessing should be recited:

Barukh atah Adonai, Elohaynu, melekh ha-olam asher keedishanu b'meetzvotav v'tzeevanu leek'boa mezuzah.

Blessed are you, Lord, our God, king of the universe who has sanctified us with His commandments and commanded us to affix a mezuzah|
